This Villa of the 50s completely redesigned a few years ago by the architect Roger Herrera is dedicated to the art of living together in privacy in a refined atmosphere where it is good to rest from the outside tumult.

Over time, the presence of this house asserts itself to the point that it is difficult to leave. This is exactly what his inspirational architect Robert Mallet Stevens, a famous architect from the first half of the last century, called: "a place where one lives must bring calm." All that he has instituted is found here: clean lines and rather rigid, large sections of glazed walls, for the first time in angle, which let in nature, the priority of the light that must flow, not only to illuminate but to sublimate volumes and objects, a low furniture to give free rein to the perspective but a stop of the light eye, like the armor that supports the glass, to remove the landscape and allow the lines to escape, the importance of the terraces located at every level, in every room, to directly enjoy life outside, plain surfaces, sharp edges, sharp curves, right angles, clarity and order.

The villa is composed of a TV Home Cinema Lounge, a dining room for 10-12 guests, a fully equipped kitchen with a small terrace with a teak round table overlooking the garden, as well as a large living room opening onto the pool.
