Villa Amanassa is a luxury property ideally located on the Amelkis Golf Resort in Marrakech. The villa has been designed in a traditional Moorish architecture and is organised around two patios and fountains surrounded by a private garden with a large swimming pool.

Indoors

The villa provides excellent comfort both in summer and in winter times. It features heating and air conditioning systems. Each patio can be completely closed by sliding transparent domes.

The interiors are decorated in comfortable shades of blue, grey and beige with quality furnishings. A large living room with a fireplace opens onto the terrace and beyond the golf course. The dining room is spacious and also features a fireplace. There is a comfortable and separate TV lounge with a fireplace at your disposal. Living areas and the pool area are equipped with an integrated sound system.

The villa features a wellness centre with hammam/spa and 2 fitness rooms. A tennis table is installed outside.

Outdoors

Terraces, golf or pool side terraces are oriented differently to take advantage of shade or sun depending on the season. The mirror pool (15m x 5m) faces South. It is surrounded by lush vegetation, palm trees, orange, lemon and banana trees.

Note:

- The swimming pool can be heated on request and at an additional cost. The price of this service depends on the month.

=> May, June, September and October: €50 per day (+ €100 pre-heating).

=> October to April: €100 per day (+€250 preheating charge).

Staff & Services

The attentive staff includes a cook, a cleaner, and a caretaker. Only the caretaker sleeps on site; the rest of the staff arrive around 8 a.m. and leave around 4.30 p.m.-5 p.m.

Access to the kitchen is reserved for staff. This is a hotel rental.
