- The two children’s bedrooms (bedrooms 5 and 6) are each attached to one of the master bedrooms.

- The property also features a separate studio for staff (with a 180cm double bed, a shower room and a single washbasin).

The ground floor opens onto a hallway leading to a study, a sunroom, a cosy living room with a fireplace, and a spacious kitchen. The large bay windows offer views of the park and the fountain. A light-filled orangery and a fully equipped gym complete this elegant and functional interior.

The house’s eight bedrooms, which offer comfort and elegance, are spread over two floors.

Outdoors

The garden is an oasis of tranquillity, featuring a park and a heated swimming pool* (7 x 20m - depth : up to 2m). A multi-sports court and a children’s play area add to the range of leisure activities on offer. A large table near the fountain provides an enchanting setting for al fresco dining.

*The swimming pool is heated in May, June and September (but not in July and August).
