The house was meticulously restored by Mallorca creatives Ana Lui and Matias Alexandro. They breathed new life into the 110-year-old finca using sustainable materials, including local stone and mortar, while repurposing and reusing elements to create an eco-friendly haven. Their dream of crafting a home that embraces both nature and comfort has been beautifully realized, garnering features in numerous international publications.

The spacious 300m2 estate spans two floors, where history and modernity blend seamlessly.

The ground floor boasts a grand entrance hall, a magnificent horse stable room with original 110-year-old stone floors and walls, a state-of-the-art kitchen (which offers filtered drinking water from the property's own well), and access to an outdoor terrace with breathtaking views of the mountains and saltwater pool. This level also features an additional double ensuite bedroom overlooking the lush garden.
