Villa Aphrodite I

Villa Aphrodite I is an old olive oil press from the 19th century, tastefully renovated into a waterfront vacation home surrounded by 27 hectares of olive groves. It is separated into three houses and has a tennis court, an outdoor swimming pool and direct access to the sea.

The house is located on the same grounds as Villa Aphrodite II, which can accommodate up to 8 people. These can be rented simultaneously to accommodate a larger number of people.

Indoors

The villa consists of 3 separate buildings with various outdoor living areas. In total, 8 rooms can accommodate up to 16 people:

The main house (320 m²) has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room, an indoor dining room, a bar and a kitchen. There are also two guest bathrooms and several outdoor areas including a shower.

The boathouse (80m²) has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a living room with home cinema.

The guesthouse (88m²) has 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, a kitchenette, an outdoor shower and a porch with a sitting area.

The interior decoration combines authenticity, comfort and modernity while respecting the traditional architecture of Corfu.

Outdoors​

The house is located on the sea front and has a private access to the sea and a private boat dock.
