Podere Lino is a superb and stylish farmhouse with extensive outdoor areas, set in one of Tuscany’s most spectacular locations, immersed in Val d’Orcia’s enchanted countryside.

The property hosts up to 18 guests between the main villa and the charming annex, an ancient barn, fully renovated and splendidly furnished and decorated. Surrounded by the typical Val d'Orcia clay hillocks, you can enjoy stunning 360° views over the valley and its hill towns.

The main villa comprises 6 bedrooms (5 double and 1 twin which can become double upon request), all with spacious en-suite bathrooms and built-in air conditioning. The common areas are spacious, furnished and decorated in a unique style. Satellite TV, VCR, DVD, CD player for iPod, free WI-FI all over the house. No radiators, heating is provided by an underfloor heating system.

The annex is a charming ancient barn. Beautifully restored, it comprises a spacious playroom (ideal for Yoga retreats or collective gym exercises), a gym and relax area, as well as a kitchenette, bar/lounge and 3 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms.

Solar Infinity Pool (5 x 16 meters) especially conceived to take delight of the landscape. In 2018 the pool was converted to saltwater, gentler on the eyes and skin and with no harsh chlorine smell.

Pool and hot tub heating provided by solar panels to have it naturally heated at 28/30°C (82/86°F) in summer and 24-26°C (75/79°F) in mid-seasons, depending on weather. For warmer temperatures, a dedicated boiler can be switched on upon request. The resulting charge (GPL is €5 per cubic metre) - not included in the rental fee - will be determined by the meter reading taken when switching on/off the system. The payment can be set directly with the house manager at checkout.
